Seaside Helsinki
Bordered by the sea, the south side of Helsinki is resplendent with elegant 20th-century residences and parks with winding paths. The waterfront Kaivopuisto, the city's oldest and best-known park, leads into the upscale embassy neighborhood. Bordering this is another posh waterfront neighborhood, Eira, which has some of the city's most expensive and highly coveted old apartments, which are built in the Jugend style.
