Automatic Billing:
You can enroll in our automatic billing and relax knowing that your future payments will be made automatically. When you book, your payments will be divided equally and an automatic billing plan will be provided. Your initial deposit is due at the time of booking and future payments will be charged according to the schedule you see on your invoice. Automatic billing is available at NO CHARGE!

- Traveling abroad require a passport valid for six months beyond travel dates.

- A full day by day itinerary will be provided 30 days before travel, if not earlier.
Terms & Policies:
- Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of our Terms and Conditions.
- All payments to Tranquil Travel Service and/or DCM Legacy LLC are nonrefundable and non-transferrable.
- Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your passport. If you enter your name incorrectly, a name fee may apply.
- Prices are subject to change without notice. Please make your reservations today at this low price to be locked in.
- If you choose our payment plan. monthly payments are required to keep your reservation current unless you make larger monthly payments than what is required. You must ensure your roommate, if applicable is making timely monthly payments.
- You will receive a receipt each time you make a payment.
- Name Change Fee – $200 before final payment date on your invoice; $250 + any vendor fees after final payment date on your invoice.
- Late payment of $250 per person is required after the final payment date on your invoice.
- All late payment requests must be approved by management before the final payment deadline on your account.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation and refund policies comply with the applicable federal and state laws and regulations and DCM Legacy LLC. dBA Tranquil Travel Service policies.
- Tranquil Travel Service deposits are nonrefundable because our vendor(s)(i.e. cruises, hotels, guest speakers, excursion companies, etc) require upfront commitments that we must adhere to when DCM Legacy LLC dBA Tranquil Travel Service offers a cruise or any travel package to you we have to ensure, through good faith payments, that you will attend the DCM Legacy LLC dBA Tranquil Travel Service events. This is the only way our vendors will take us seriously and will want to help is provide the best experiences possible to out Tranquil Travel Service guests.
- All payments made to DCM Legacy LLC. and/or Tranquil Travel Service are non-refundable and non-transferable. I further acknowledge that I have been advised to purchase travel insurance to protect my investment.
- All chargeback notifications received via your bank will be considered cancellation of your cruise or any travel reservations made with Tranquil Travel Service. All documentation including confirmation of receipt of all travel policies & agreement signatures will be provided to the banking institution as confirmation of payment application according to all agreed upon terms.
